Return conditions: The item must unused and in its original packaging

Return window: You have 30 days from purchase to return the item and you are responsible for return shipping costs.  
You must have a receipt/proof of sending.  
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request

Refund method: In the event that the item is faulty, we will exchange where possible, or refund via original payment method (shipping costs are not refundable)
