Brocail is a food trailer and a 2026 Scottish Street Food Award Finalist that creates flavoursome, reimagined dishes that prioritise local & seasonal ingredients from Scotland and the UK.
The idea for Brocail stemmed from an allotment project, where unused land was converted to a functional veggie-producing space. This endeavour brought the community together and led to seasonal supper clubs that highlighted the harvest. To date, their rotational menu maintains this intention and focuses on nutritious, delicious meals that are good for human and planetary health.
Over the last two years they have showcased a number of ingredients such Jersey Cow milk sourced from 'The Wee Dairy' in Perthshire which goes into their house paneer. On the 6th June 11-5pm, they will be offering made to order paneer koftas at the Polisbox amongst other dishes to champion this delicious, local product. This was the signature dish that got them to the ’26 Finals!
